The program is holistic, and clients will engage in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), neurotherapy, art and music therapy, yoga, 12-Step support, fitness, trauma-focused therapy, relapse prevention, and much more. Recovery and empowerment groups take place throughout the day and can cover topics such as anger management, stress tolerance, grief and loss, along with communication and family skills.
