Young People in Recovery (YPR) is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting young adults, ages 18-24, in achieving long-term recovery from substance use disorders. YPR focuses on empowering individuals through advocacy, education, and peer support, creating pathways to recovery that are accessible and tailored to the unique needs of young people. The YPR of Antelope Valley serves the greater Antelope Valley in California including Lancaster and Palmdale. A range of services are offered from social events such as local hikes, pizza parties and bowling, to peer-led recovery support groups, life skills training, and recovery-ready community initiatives.
