Charleston offers high and low-intensity treatment in a peaceful ranch setting. Men stay up to 90 days, giving them time to heal, rebuild, and gain tools for lasting change.
The program uses a therapeutic community model that builds responsibility, self-worth, and healthy coping skills. Treatment includes evidence-based care like individual and group counseling, along with support for co-occurring disorders. Referrals for medication-assisted treatment (MAT) are also available when needed. The focus is on structure, support, and long-term recovery.
Men live in a shared, family-style environment surrounded by nature. The ranch offers a quiet, structured setting with access to outdoor areas for rest and reflection. They focus on a safe, structured setting that helps men prepare for a successful transition back to their lives.
