About this facility
HealthRIGHT 360 operates over 50 programs in 11 California counties, providing comprehensive treatment services for a diverse range of individuals and families struggling with substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and co-occurring disorders.
HealthRIGHT 360's Walden House program operates 3 residential stepdown locations on San Francisco's Treasure Island, including their Gateview location. Clients live at the Walden House residential stepdown location while participating in a separate outpatient treatment program for mental health or substance use. (The other treatment program can be one of HealthRIGHT 360's programs or another treatment program.)
The Walden House residential stepdowns tend to serve people who are homeless, justice-involved, LGBTQ+ individuals, young adults, people who have injected drugs, and people with HIV/AIDS.
This program is abstinence-based, but HealthRIGHT 360 has other programs that use the harm reduction model.
