Set near Niagara Falls, Twelve Mile Recovery provides residential treatment and virtual outpatient services to clients recovering from alcohol and drug addiction, with staff experienced in recovery. To help clients at other points on their recovery journey, they also offer intervention services and recovery coaching. Twelve Mile Recovery uses holistic, trauma-informed therapies include evidence-based individual and group therapy discussions, life skills, nutrition counseling, meditation and mindfulness, breathwork, and sound healing. Their holistic methods include yoga, physical therapy, and combat sports like boxing, Muay Thai, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Each day, clients work alongside a counselor who has personal recovery experience.
Twelve Miles Recovery has specialized virtual outpatient programs to ensure that clients receive flexible but comprehensive recovery support. Although their programs are not 12-steps based, their care is inclusive and offers AA, NA, SMART Recovery, and Refuge Recovery meetings for those that are interested. Additionally, intervention services are offered.
Twelve Miles Recovery prices their services on a sliding scale, creating personalized payment plans for clients. Their campus campus includes 3 private rooms and a shared room. This intimate setting helps their team work closely with clients to create a personalized plan. To encourage continued sobriety, Twelve Mile Recovery offers up to 1 year of free aftercare.
