True Self Recovery offers a variety of evidence-based substance use treatment programs in the heart of Arkansas. Offering the highest level of clinical and medical care ensures lasting sobriety, personal growth, and lifelong recovery. Some of their specialty offerings include adventure therapy and a specialized track for veterans. True Self Recovery offers a spectrum of inpatient and outpatient services, individualized to each client.
Clients that engage in True Self Recovery begin to work on themselves and pick up new coping mechanisms. Each client collaborates with a therapist, our physician, and our clinical staff. Help with addiction, depression, PTSD, and family involvement can all be included in a treatment plan that is tailored to the patient. Based on the requirements of each client. The length of a typical stay at True Self Recovery varies from 7 to 21 days, depending on the treatment plan. Help with work or school, adventure therapy, going to outside groups, and basically a focus on setting a foundation and engaging in a healthy routine while keeping a high degree of support and responsibility are all possible treatment options.
