About this facility
Total Life provides online therapy for older adults for conditions including loneliness, life changes, anxiety, chronic pain management, depression, grief, OCD, stress, and trauma. Their team of psychologists and licensed clinical social workers is familiar with how various life changes like retirement, new living arrangements, and mobility limitations can cause stress. Total Life aims to make care accessible by offering 1-on-1, group, family, and couples counseling sessions at whatever time is most convenient. They allow patients to choose from multiple therapists and to switch therapists if needed. Depending on the condition and preferred therapy method, they can use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), or Solution-Focused Therapy.
They accept all Original Medicare (Medicare Parts A and B) plans, most Medicare Advantage (Medicare Part C) plans, and some Provider Preferred Organization (PPO) and other private health care plans.
