Set away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Dallas, The Meadows is an outpatient treatment center offering both on-site and virtual treatment programs. Meadows can help in identifying the feelings, actions, and underlying causes of everything from substance use disorders and mental health conditions to traumatic past events, chronic stress, burnout, or worry due to the pandemic. They're all-inclusive, 8-week program incorporates 15 to 20 hours of on-site programming services each week with both day and evening options. During treatment, The Meadows incorporates a variety of therapies including neurofeedback, somatic experiencing, eye movement therapy (EMDR), 12-Step support are just a few examples of care. The Meadows also has specialty programs specifically geared towards men's issues and women specific issues. This gender-specific program helps treat sex addiction, intimacy issues, relationships, and underlining trauma with individual and group therapy. The trauma program dives deeper into any emotional trauma contributing to addiction, depression, anxiety, codependency, and PTSD. Here, clients will engage in trauma-specific therapy aimed at healing the root cause.
