About this facility
The Heights offers a 60-90 day residential program for adult women recovering from addiction, trauma, and co-occurring mental health issues. Designed as a women-only setting, the program creates a safe space for healing. It serves those often in crisis, from legal issues to medical emergencies, who need immediate, structured care and long-term recovery support.
The program uses trauma-informed, evidence-based therapies, including individual and group counseling, relapse prevention, and case management. Staff work closely with each woman to build a personalized plan focused on sobriety, stability, and a meaningful future. Family education and local recovery events help strengthen support networks during and after treatment.
Residents live at a secure facility on Jackson Street with access to shared rooms, clean bathrooms, and daily meals. The center provides a kid-friendly area for visits with children. The setting offers routine, connection, and a sense of community that supports recovery. Insurance, private pay, and government funding are accepted.
