The Freedom Center is a dual diagnosis treatment center that offers intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP). The dual diagnosis program plan can address both mental health conditions and addiction, all while helping clients transition into sobriety at their own pace. Clients work with a compassionate care team to determine the specific needs of the individual. The programs offer everything from the basics, such as individual therapy and medication-assisted treatment, to holistic treatment and legal aid. The Freedom Center also provides a family program to support the whole family through the process. The Freedom Center is located in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The clean and bright facility offers plenty of space, as well as private meeting rooms for individual counseling. The Freedom Center is accredited by the Joint Commission and accepts most private insurance.
