The Bardo offers detox, rehab, and relapse prevention in a warm, home-style setting with one-on-one, personalized care. The Bardo uses proven therapies to support each guest’s journey. Counsellors provide daily sessions using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing (MI). Guests also join activities like art therapy, yoga, massage, acupuncture, and personal training. These therapies work together to heal the body, mind, and emotions in a caring, safe space. Guests stay in a peaceful, home-like setting with private and shared spaces. The retreat offers daily wellness activities, therapy, and time for rest. A private chef prepares healthy, gourmet meals using seasonal organic ingredients, including options for all diets. Each day supports recovery, balance, and personal growth.
