Sunlight Recovery offers a team of highly-experienced professionals that treat addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions in sunny southern Florida. Sunlight Recovery provides medical detox, residential care, and sober living homes throughout southern Florida. Sunlight provides psychiatrist services, group therapy, and a wellness facility to create a balanced residential treatment program. Clients have the opportunity to learn about their behaviors in structured individual and group therapy sessions. During treatment, clients are given the opportunity to apply the newly learned tools and coping mechanisms including recovery skills and self-sufficiency. Sunlight Recovery also teaches important life skills such as budgeting, job hunting, food preparation, grocery shopping, exercise, and healthy leisure time activities. In addition, family involvement is an important part of the recovery process. At Sunlight Recovery, they also educate the family members about addiction and help families engage in a strong support structure, leading to a more fulfilling life.
Sunlight Recovery is located just 3 miles from the beach. Their facility provides a tranquil environment that allows clients to focus solely on addiction treatment. The sober living homes are also just a few blocks away from the main campus. Each home provides private rooms and is a supportive environment to learn necessary tools through 12-Step philosophy.
