Clients in the South Bay, Peninsula, or San Jose region can benefit from their outpatient drug and alcohol treatment program by receiving the individualized, on-going assistance required to maintain sobriety while they work, attend school, and rebuild their lives. Some of their therapeutic approaches include CBT, DBT, art therapy, motivational interviewing, family therapy, and more. Summit Estate’s clients appreciate their warm, welcoming environment where they can unwind and mingle while taking part in various therapies in a secure and sober setting. Five days a week, there are group meetings in addition to one-on-one counseling and treatment.
