Stetson School at Seven Hills is a residential treatment program for boys and young men ages 9-22 who need support for trauma, autism, behavioral issues, and emotional challenges. Located in Massachusetts, the school provides a safe, structured setting with 24/7 supervision and a full team of licensed clinicians. Boys are referred throughout the year, including for urgent or emergency placements.
The school uses evidence-based care like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused CBT, and relationship-based therapy. Every client gets an individualized treatment plan based on their strengths, needs, and age. Family involvement is encouraged, and support includes psychoeducation, case management, and emotional safety practices designed to help youth grow and reconnect with others.
Set on a 200-acre rural campus, Stetson School provides access to education, outdoor space, and therapeutic services. Youth take part in school, recreation, and skill-building programs in a calm and secure environment. Services also include psychiatric care, nursing, and developmental support tailored to each individual’s goals for healing and future success.
