About this facility
This center provides residential care with structured support for individuals facing addiction and mental health challenges. Step One clients can stay from 90 days up to one year, receiving care through both live-in and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). With a focus on helping people rebuild their lives, the program also offers life skill development, gang disengagement support, and basic education to prepare clients for a fresh start.
The program uses evidence-based practices like daily group therapy, one-on-one counseling, and motivational enhancement. Clients learn coping and communication strategies while working with peer recovery specialists. The program also includes job training, emotional support, and help with earning a high school diploma to support long-term progress in life and recovery.
Clients live in a safe, supportive setting where they attend daily groups and individual sessions. Staff assist with emotional regulation, skill-building, and future planning. CARF accreditation reflects the center’s commitment to quality care, while the structured daily routine helps clients stay focused, motivated, and ready for change.
