Southern California Alcohol & Drug Programs Outpatient Services in Downey offers counseling for men and women struggling with substance use. The center provides both intensive and standard outpatient treatment for those who do not need residential care. These services help clients manage addiction while continuing their daily lives at home and in the community.
The center also offers court-ordered programs, including first, second, and multiple offender driving under the influence (DUI), Penal Code 1000 (PC 1000) drug education, and Batterer’s Intervention. It participates in the DUI–medication assisted treatment (DUI-MAT) Project, which provides referrals for medication-assisted treatment.
