South Coast Counseling is an inpatient treatment center that provides a range of therapeutic programs to support individuals struggling with behavioral health issues. The center offers a team of like-minded professionals, including behavioral health technicians and personal therapists, who work together to create individualized treatment plans for clients. In addition to traditional therapy methods such as individual sessions and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), South Coast Counseling also offers 12-Step programs and group therapy.
South Coast Counseling offers continual care options, including day treatment (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), a general outpatient program. South Coast Counseling provides long-term solutions to support clients in their recovery journey, encouraging clients to participate in the center's alumni group, which offers online meetings, volunteer groups, and fun outings to build lasting relationships and support others in maintaining their recovery.
