Sakina Rehabilitation is a residential facility for adults with alcohol use disorder and mental health struggles. Sakina Rehabilitation offers 30, 60, and 90-day programs tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. The 30-day program delivers intensive, comprehensive care, including assessments, detox, and personalized treatment plans. The 60-day program allows for deeper exploration, focusing on addressing underlying mental health issues, while the 90-day program emphasizes building sustainable recovery skills for long-term success. The care team consists of clinical psychologists, licensed counselors and therapists, nurses, and addiction specialists. Their treatment services include individual and group therapy, marriage and family counseling, animal therapy, psychoeducation, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), rational emotive behavior therapy, and spiritual care. The program also emphasizes cultural and spiritual sensitivity, ensuring care is tailored to each client's background and beliefs.
The facility is situated on a farm in Ras Al-Khaima, United Arab Emirates, providing a peaceful environment with therapy animals on site. Clients have access to recreational activities, such as swimming, sports, board games, a library, and movie nights. Clients can take part in outdoor excursions like cultural attractions, beach trips, hiking adventures, and visits to landmarks. Provided aftercare services include discharge planning, referrals to community resources, and support networks. Clients opting for a private cabin pay 45,000 AED per month, while those choosing to share a cabin with another guest pay 32,000 AED per month. Clinical and holistic therapy services are covered in this package, in addition to nutritious meals, excursions and activities, and aftercare. Transportation, psychiatric services, and detox are not covered by the monthly payment.
