Sage Recovery and Wellness is a holistic-based mental health treatment center for adults and adolescents in Austin, Texas. The intensive outpatient program provides 3 hours of clinical treatment, 3 days a week. Treatment includes dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), family support, life skills, and process groups. The Day Treatment (PHP) provides an intensive level of support throughout the week for those who do not currently need 24-hour care to manage their mental health or substance use concerns. The program provides 5.5 hours of programming, 5 days a week.
Sage Recovery also offers a wellness program with a variety of therapy groups that meet weekly. Therapy groups are aimed to target specific goals that clients may have. Once a week, clients may attend art therapy, grief and loss, parenting skills, psychodrama, horticulture therapy, self esteem and self worth, music therapy, and coping skills.
