From the beginning of each client’s stay, Revelare Recovery starts identifying resources and support systems the client may need post-treatment, including existing or new providers. Before discharge, they collaborate with the client to create a concrete plan that meets the client’s goals, needs, and preferences, ensuring they feel heard and empowered in their continued recovery journey.
