The women’s halfway house at the Retreat at White Birch serves adults 18 and older who completed a drug and alcohol rehab program within the past year. It supports women committed to recovery and capable of independent self-care through a structured environment focused on sobriety, employment, financial responsibility, emotional health, and community reintegration.
Participants engage in individual and group counseling, family sessions, and relapse prevention education. The program includes 12-step meetings, life skills training, and employment support. Each treatment plan is personalized, with goals focused on building a strong recovery network, preparing for life after treatment, and achieving long-term stability.
The home provides a safe, structured setting for up to 32 women. Residents interested in the program should be comfortable navigating a multi-level home as part of their daily routine. The environment encourages dignity, community, and self-sufficiency. A minimum 90-day stay helps women establish a strong foundation for lasting recovery.
