If detox is needed, clients undergo a 5-21 day medical detoxification in a comfortable, home-like inpatient setting. After detox, clients transition to the main residential program, where they receive an integrated treatment regimen. This includes evidence-based therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), along with holistic practices such as yoga and meditation. The center also provides innovative options like hypnotherapy, creating a comprehensive and tailored treatment experience.
With a maximum of 12 clients at a time, guests can emerge in a truly holistic approach with a vast variety of therapy modalities, from traditional 12-Step practices to non-traditional approaches, like aromatherapy, Reiki, dance therapy, play therapy, recreation therapy, Tai Chi, sound therapy, and surf therapy.
