This integrated program combines behavioral health counseling, physical therapy, and medical support in a coordinated team approach. Recovia’s functional restoration model addresses the nervous system’s role in chronic conditions. Clients work with licensed clinicians through evidence-based therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, and pain education. Physical therapy focuses on calming the nervous system to reduce pain sensitivity and stress responses, alongside tai chi and yoga. The medical team provides wellness support, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and detox when needed. Every visit blends therapy, movement, and medical care for holistic recovery.
