Recovia applies a biopsychosocial approach, using evidence-based therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), pain science education, tai chi, and yoga. Physical therapy calms the nervous system while building strength, and the medical team monitors wellness, prescribes nonnarcotic or supportive medications, and manages outpatient detox when needed. Each treatment plan is tailored to support emotional regulation, pain relief, and functional recovery.
