About this facility
Since 1990, Recovery Beach has offered comprehensive services for substance use disorder, including medical detox with medication-assisted treatment, residential, day treatment (partial hospitalization), and outpatient programs. Recovery Beach can also address dual diagnoses and has a range of specialty programs for veterans, women, LGBTQ+, couples, and healthcare professionals. Clients can even bring their pets to treatment.
With a team of dedicated professionals and a peaceful setting, Recovery Beach’s detox center in Garden Grove is designed to cleanse both body and mind. Doctors, psychiatrists, and nursing staff provide 24/7 supervision. Clients have access to medications such as methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone that can help manage discomfort and withdrawal symptoms. Psychiatric care is incorporated early during this stage to transition to residential care seamlessly.
Recovery Beach aims to help clients regain control of their lives in a setting that heals the body, soul, and mind. The client’s case manager and doctors work together to create a personalized treatment plan. Treatment can help to stop addictive behavior, uncover the root causes of it, and replace compulsions with healthier coping mechanisms. Recovery Beach uses dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and other evidence-based methods in individual and group counseling sessions. Clients can holistically heal through art therapy, yoga, acupuncture, and meditation.
Recovery Beach has 3 levels of outpatient care to meet clients where they are: day treatment, intensive outpatient, and outpatient care. With an evidence-based approach, they address the complexities of addiction and provide comprehensive support for holistic recovery. Recovery Beach’s outpatient programs offer flexibility while focusing on
