Located in Panama City Beach, Recovery Bay supports men through detox, intensive outpatient (IOP), and residential alcohol and drug addiction care. The 22-bed facility boasts evidence-based therapies, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), a personal nutritionist, adventure outings, and various group and individual therapies. Their holistic options include yoga, music therapy, movement therapy, and acupuncture. cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), life skills training, and family therapy are just some of their evidence-based treatment options. Their treatment programs are highly personalized, and clients can engage in various program tracks as needed such as the family program, wellness program, or individual therapy program.
Recovery Bay’s program promotes that staying active is one of the most important aspects of addiction recovery. Clients often go for runs on the beach, work out at the gym, play basketball and sports, or take off-campus trips. Recovery Bay is also dual diagnosis and offers treatment for mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorder. Post recovery, Recovery Bay also provides an alumni program for continued care.
The Recovery Bay facility provides modern and warm spaces with queen size beds in shared or private rooms. The center provides nutritious meals and is just minutes away from local beaches, which clients are free to enjoy. Recovery Bay accepts both private and public insurances.
