Ready for Change is a comprehensive outpatient program based in Rotterdam, Netherlands, designed to support individuals overcoming substance use disorders. Their care team is equipped to treat alcohol use, substance use disorders, and gambling addiction. The treatment program at Ready for Change consists of detox, group and individual counseling, and an aftercare program. The program offers both day and evening options, providing flexible access to care for a broader range of clients. The day program runs 2-4 days a week over a minimum of 7 weeks, while the evening program extends over 11 weeks with treatment sessions held on two evenings per week. Tailored to each client's unique needs and goals, therapies include psychoeducation, relapse prevention, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and schema therapy, ensuring a personalized approach to recovery. Ready for Change has contracts with all major health insurers in the Netherlands, except Eno and Zorg en Zekerheid, although they can still work with clients regarding their coverage. Ready for Change offers insured care to ensure that treatment is easily accessible, regardless of a client's financial situation.
