Conveniently located near the corner of 12th Street South and Roosevelt Avenue near Highway 53, the William F. Sauvé Building serves as Range Mental Health's main outpatient center. They support children, teens, and adults with therapy, psychiatric care, and case management. Services are available regardless of insurance status, with sliding-fee options to ensure access to care. Clients work with licensed therapists, psychologists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners trained in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and trauma-informed care. The team uses a person-centered, strengths-based approach to help individuals manage stress, process trauma, and build life skills. Services include individual, group, and school-based therapy, psychiatric care, and specialized support for neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ populations. Therapists offer specialized care for early childhood, co-occurring disorders, and family systems. Clients can access diagnostic assessments, women’s DBT groups, LGBTQIA+ therapy, and case management to help with housing, resources, and crisis needs. With a flexible, inclusive setting and staff who reflect a wide range of expertise and lived experience, the center helps people grow toward stability and wellness.
