Located about 15 minutes from I-81, Pyramid Martinsburg offers services to residents throughout the West Virginia panhandle and Tristate area. Pyramid Martinsburg offers individual therapy, implementing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). Clients engage in group therapy, including life skills groups and 12-Step groups with peer support partners.
