With sweeping views of the Newport Beach harbor, Pillars Recovery has gender-specific programs to help those struggling with substance abuse disorder and co-occurring disorders. Their Newport Beach location houses their male clients. They offer medication assisted treatment (MAT), residential treatment, an intensive outpatient program (IOP), a Day Treatment (PHP), and dual diagnosis treatment. They also provide their clients with the option to step down to transitional living for a structured, healthy lifestyle post-rehab. Additionally, Pillars Recovery has an executive rehab program that gives powerful men and women the opportunity to get vital treatment that fits into their demanding lives. With this program, clients get private rooms, computer and phone access, chef-prepared meals, recreational facilities, and a laundry and cleaning service. Aside from evidence-based therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychotherapy, Pillars offers a variety of other holistic and experiential therapies, as well. Some of these include acupuncture therapy, massage therapy, art therapy, and family and marriage counseling.
The Newport Beach bungalow offers a spacious, airy interior with breathtaking views. They have private and shared rooms, and outdoor space to lounge in the California sun. This location includes recreational therapy outdoors, and their pet therapy program allows clients to bring their pet for support. The dedicated team at Pillars are also in recovery themselves, which is how they are able to provide a personal, understanding perspective to the process. They are Joint Commission accredited and accept some forms of private insurance.
