About Psychological Care Institute - PCI Centers

For nearly a decade, Psychological Care Institute has been providing outpatient integrative psychological care for clients with dual diagnoses by combining wellness practices and research-backed therapies. The highly trained clinicians thoughtfully create individualized treatment plans for their clients taking into account medical needs, family dynamics, present stressors, and emotional challenges. Treatment is available in person and online. PCI’s clinicians are actively involved in the field of research, and they regularly attend conferences and workshops to stay engaged in the world of mental health.
PCI offers both intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and outpatient programs for clients with co-occurring mental health conditions and addiction. Upon admission, clients receive an in-depth biopsychosocial assessment. PCI offers specialized programs for executives and healthcare professionals. Across all programs, clients engage in individual counseling, group therapy, family therapy, psychoeducation, couples therapy, career counseling, and mental health assessments. Evidence-based therapies include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and relapse prevention training. Family members can join their complimentary family education night every other Tuesday at 7:00 pm on Zoom. If a client is seeking addiction treatment and needs higher levels of care, PCI can direct the client to a center in their desired location that can help meet their needs.
