Pax House Recovery provides an intensive outpatient treatment program (IOP) for drug and alcohol addiction near Los Angeles, California. Clients can stay on-site in an up-scale home that offers high-end accommodations. The program is highly structured, and individual counseling acts as the foundation for the program, while group therapy reinforces what is learned during 1-on-1 counseling. The comprehensive program uses a holistic approach that includes individual therapy, process groups, education groups, family groups, 12-Step meetings, and alternative therapeutic activities such as yoga, meditation, music and art therapy. Treatment plans and the length of the program are highly individualized, catering to the client's unique needs. After finishing the IOP program, Pax House offers continued support through an alumni program that includes 12-Step meetings and alumni events and get-togethers.
Pax House Recovery provides a comforting and welcoming atmosphere for those learning how to overcome drug addiction or substance abuse. Pax house is also accredited by CARF and accepts most private insurance.
