Nestled in the grassland hills of Vernon, British Columbia, the Operational Stress Recovery Program offers a thorough, interdisciplinary residential program. It offers individualized treatment and consists of group therapy, psycho-education, and individual therapy (including cognitive behavior therapy, exposure therapy, EMDR, bio- and neurofeedback, and horse therapy). Additionally, they provide a follow-up program, a specific 10-Day Women's Program, and, if necessary, a couples program. the Operational Stress Recovery Program specializes in treating PTSD and depression in adults.
