Clients will have the opportunity to engage in traditional talk therapy, eye movement therapy (EMDR), motivational interviewing (MI), group therapy, psychoeducation, and more. Clients also meet with a personal trainer weekly, and a healthy diet is offered with on-site chefs. Treatment does not end when one finishes the program, instead NorthStar’s healthcare team helps clients navigate their new life of sobriety with aftercare services.
