North Coast Substance Abuse Council’s Crossroads Women’s Facility offers residential treatment for adults struggling with substance use. Licensed by the state and operating since 1975, Crossroads provides 3.1 ASAM level care in a supportive, home-like setting. They accept Medi-Cal (via Partnership HealthPlan of CA) and focus on fast, compassionate admissions when beds are available.
Crossroads uses evidence-based care to support long-term recovery. Clients receive personalized treatment plans and attend group therapies like Moral Reconation Therapy, Seeking Safety, and Motivational Interviewing. Medication-assisted treatment is also available through local providers, helping with opioid addiction using medications like buprenorphine and methadone.
