After detox, clients can transition into outpatient programs, including day treatment (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP). PHP offers intensive day treatment five days a week, while IOP provides 9 to 15 hours of flexible weekly care, supporting relapse prevention, coping skills, and a gradual return to daily routines.
