Multi Concept Recovery offers mental health programs for adolescents and adults as well as an addiction treatment program for adults in an outpatient setting. Multi Concept’s approach to treatment is highly-individualized with programs that are designed to treat the individuals specific needs. They understand there is not a one-size-fits-all approach to recovery. Instead of focusing on the symptoms, Multi Concept treats the whole person - mind, body, and spirit - by utilizing evidence-based treatment practices.
Treatment can include motivational interviewing (MI), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), relapse prevention, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR, family counseling, and more. Notably, Multi Concept’s has pioneered their own unique modality called the Emotional Intelligence and Mindfulness Program, a completely alternative approach to the typical treatment model. Clients are able to choose between the Traditional Treatment Program or Emotional Intelligence and Mindfulness Program for their desired treatment.
