From the moment they arrive, clients are met with a personalized approach to care, beginning with a comprehensive assessment that explores their current challenges and helps shape a supportive path forward in treatment. Mount Carmel uses an evidence-based approach to support clients through behavioral health concerns. Clients may engage in evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapies—each designed to empower them with practical skills and strategies for navigating challenges with confidence and resilience. Clients have access to daily group and experiential therapies, while individual and family therapy sessions are provided based on each person’s needs. This 80-bed facility is designed to foster healing by balancing connection and privacy, offering shared rooms that encourage a sense of community, along with en-suite bathrooms. Clients have access to a variety of community spaces, including dedicated areas for group therapy, a spacious cafeteria, and a modern gym featuring a basketball hoop. They can also enjoy the outdoor courtyard, complete with a walking path and shaded tables for relaxation.
