More Than Rehab is a dual diagnosis treatment center for men and women providing multiple treatments services including a medical detox, residential care, Day Treatment (PHP), an outpatient option (OP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and aftercare.
At their Central Texas location, clients can receive treatment for alcohol, meth, drug, and marijuana use as well as co-occurring disorders. The center uses a social model and an aims to integrate clients back into society confident and secure in their recovery. Their treatment is holistic and faith-based and holds the disease view of addiction. Treatment options include a medical detox, yoga, spiritual formation, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), life skills, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), family therapy, medication-assisted therapy, and group and individual therapy. The program is designed to suit the needs of the client at an affordable price.
The program begins in the Physician’s Centre Hospital with a full medical detox and inpatient rehabilitation and then transitions to a comprehensive outpatient program within sober living housing. Withing this housing, clients can enjoy a swimming pool, meditation room, shared bedrooms, and access to nature. Medical and faith-based professional care is provided along the way.
The center is Joint and LegitScript accredited and accepts an array of public and private insurances. Notably, the center accepts TRICARE for military members.
