Phase 1 lasts 90 days and involves a thorough assessment to create a personalized treatment plan or "contract" aimed at guiding the client toward long-term recovery. Phase 2, lasting 6-9 months, focuses on implementing the contract through a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, relapse prevention, and self-care. Clients also engage with external support groups, like 12-Step programs. The final phase (3 months) centers on deep personality changes and improving interpersonal relationships. At every phase, treatment integrates individual and group therapy sessions. MOMENTO also encourages family involvement and offers family education. Clients participate in psychotherapy, medication management with a psychiatrist, and receive osteopathic care.
