Luna Recovery offers a safe, women-only environment where clients can heal from both mental health challenges and substance use disorders. The center is designed to foster connection, empowerment, and lasting change through personalized care, trauma-informed therapy, and holistic support, with whole-day and half-day treatment options.
Their approach uses evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-informed counseling, psychoeducation, sound therapy, and yoga. These therapies help women build coping skills, process trauma, and maintain long-term recovery. Counseling is personalized to each client’s needs, offering both individual and group support.
