Located at Gallatin and Granada Avenue in Nashville, the center serves adults with mental health conditions, including personality disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, grief, postpartum depression, substance use disorder (SUD), suicidal thoughts, and co-occurring disorders. The center offers residential treatment programs, day treatment (PHP), and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) to provide different levels of support. Lotus Wellness uses individual therapy, group therapy, peer support, and family education to deliver structured care. Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) supports emotional regulation and distress tolerance, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) addresses negative thought patterns, and trauma-focused CBT, exposure and response prevention (ERP), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) focus on trauma, OCD, and PTSD. Lotus Wellness also offers somatic therapy, meditation and mindfulness, music therapy, nutritional counseling, and relapse prevention.
