Lightfully Thousand Oaks Outpatient is a mental health treatment program for adults with mental health challenges. Their levels of care include a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). Both programs are designed to provide individualized and evidence-based care that treats the whole person. Therapy takes place in individual, group, and family settings, with clients receiving 1-2 individual sessions per week, daily group sessions, and several family therapy sessions. Lightfully is pioneering the use of process-based therapy to address mental health concerns on an individual basis. This approach looks at each client on an individual basis and their interconnected processes rather than working to treat the conditions themselves. This holistic and compassionate approach is used to treat mood, anxiety, personality, and trauma-related disorders.
