LifeStance Health has several locations that offer a national team of licensed psychologists, psychiatrists, therapists, and nurse practitioners to provide treatment for a variety of mental health or substance use disorders through in-person and virtual private therapy. They provide treatment for mental illness, process addictions, grief and life transitions, postpartum depression, and more. They are especially equipped to offer transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), a treatment service primarily used for patients who do not respond to other forms of treatment or medication for depression. LifeStance utilizes a team of top-rated therapists who specialize in treating a range of mental health conditions for clients of all ages with personally tailored treatment plans. They offer treatment for mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. They can also treat drug or alcohol addictions, as well as process addictions such as eating disorders and hoarding, and treatment for school-avoidance in adolescents. Gender-specific and specialty care is available, such as treatment for issues specific to men or women, pain management, somatoform disorders, psychosis, postpartum depression or anxiety, couples issues, grief, insomnia, and childhood behavioral issues. Personalized treatment at LifeStance is overseen by a multidisciplinary, collaborative team of board-certified providers and social workers. Treatment plans may include therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based stress reduction, solution focused therapy, and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). Other evidence-based practices such as narrative therapy and play therapy may be used when working with children or adolescents. Patients and families may participate in adult psychiatry services, child and adolescent psychiatry or therapy, group, or family therapy sessions, depending on treatment needs. Treatment is also provided for new parents who may be struggling with their life transition, mental health, or sleep disorders. In addition to therapy services, LifeStance provides neuropsychological testing as well as psychological testing and evaluations. Their full-service mental health care is available 5 days a week, Monday-Friday, both virtually and in person. LifeStance Health accepts most major insurance providers.
