About this facility

Located near the corner of Vermont Avenue and Lexington Avenue in East Hollywood, Lifescape Recovery Mental Health offers structured outpatient care for mental health and addiction. This accredited facility provides day treatment (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP), available in-person or via telehealth. Their programs serve adults facing depression, anxiety, trauma, personality and mood disorders, and co-occurring substance use—including alcohol, meth, heroin, and prescription drugs. Lifescape uses evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing (MI) alongside psychodynamic therapy and medication management. Care is tailored through one-on-one counseling, group therapy, and case management, helping clients build coping skills and long-term recovery. Services are trauma-informed and offer flexible scheduling—morning, afternoon, or evening—to fit work, school, or family life. Clients benefit from a 1:1 client-staff ratio, same-day admission, and robust aftercare through their Alumni Program, which includes events, community support, and ongoing peer connection. Lifescape accepts most commercial insurance plans including Aetna, Cigna, Optum, Kaiser, Beacon, and TriWest, with self-pay and CareCredit financing also available.
