Life Balance Recovery is an outpatient program offering a blend of holistic and evidence-based therapies for addiction and co-occurring disorder treatment. Based in Spanish Fork, Utah, they offer an intensive outpatient program (IOP), a partial hospitalization program (PHP), a general outpatient program, and optional gender-specific sober living. The IOP and outpatient programs are available during the day and evening to accommodate client’s schedules. They offer a range of therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), motivational interviewing (MI), mindfulness-based techniques, and psychoeducation. Life Balance can provide court ordered assessments and drug testing to support clients on their recovery journey.
