Liberty Home provides structured sober living, residential care, and intensive outpatient programs (IOPs) for addiction and mental health recovery. Clients learn life skills, relapse prevention techniques, and gradually integrate into life outside treatment for a seamless transition. Liberty Home offers therapeutic care for drug and alcohol addictions, mental health conditions, and eating disorders. They use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) as their evidence-based modes of treatment. Their reintegration programme helps clients face potential triggers in the outside world with structure and support. Outings, volunteer opportunities, housing, and employment support help clients transition seamlessly to a sober lifestyle. Liberty Home’s sober living programme provides the same structured living environment, focusing on living support and community in the home. Liberty Home’s peaceful environment offers various amenities for comfort and support. Clients can choose between private and shared rooms (fees apply). Their reintegration programme also includes weekly meetings with a nutritionist, personal training (fees apply), and goals groups. Their Belgium location connects clients to nearby parks, shopping centres, and clinical care. After treatment at their Belgium location, clients can move to Liberty Home’s South Africa facility for continued treatment. Their intake criteria require clients to have completed a primary care program and test negative for any drugs or alcohol. They conduct regular, random drug testing for all clients in sober living.
