Liberty’s 28-day residential program includes twice-weekly case management, weekly one-on-one therapy, and follow-ups with a psychiatric nurse practitioner. Clients follow a full daily schedule of mandatory groups covering topics like 12-Step, nutrition, psychoeducation, and relapse prevention. Non-verbal therapies such as recreation, art, music, and dance/movement therapy offer alternative self-expression. Life skills training focuses on anger management, communication, employability, problem-solving, and relationship skills. Liberty Health Services ensures clients have access to aftercare programs, including relapse prevention strategies, peer support groups, individual counseling, and educational resources to maintain sobriety.
