Group therapy is an integral part of the treatment model at Legends Recovery, connecting peers in similar situations in a supportive environment fostering meaningful relationships, a sense of accountability, increased self-esteem, provides valuable insight and perspective, encourages individuals to open up, and eliminates the burden of isolation. 1-on-1 therapy sessions promote meaningful and honest discussion, encouragement, improved communication skills, and a re-establishment of trust.
