Lakeside-Milam Recovery Centers (LMRC) provides addiction and mental health treatment services throughout 9 Western Washington locations, offering a full continuum of care for individuals seeking treatment in a supportive community setting. Their Kirkland outpatient clinic, conveniently located near Seattle, offers thorough clinical assessments, an intensive outpatient program, and a personalized continuing care plan for each client. LMRC in Kirkland offers an outpatient program designed for men and women who do not require inpatient residential care or withdrawal management services. Clients receive a customized treatment plan based on their individual needs, with medication-assisted treatment (MAT) available for mild to moderate alcohol or opioid dependency. Treatment includes life skills workshops, group and individual therapy, and case management services, additionally placing a strong emphasis on family education and involvement. Participation in 12-Step recovery programs is strongly encouraged for ongoing community support. Treating over 100,000 individuals since 1983, Lakeside-Milam Recovery Centers has built an active alumni group. Every quarter, the center hosts an alumni-dinner and guest speaker event at no charge to former clients.
